Executive Placement
The Executive Search & Selection service is geared towards locating and placing the most suitable individuals for our client companies. We accept managerial positions offering a minimum compensation package (excluding severance pay) of AED 8,000 per month, on a contingent basis.
Psychometric Testing
To assist our clients in hiring the most capable individuals, we measure a candidate's overall quality through psychometric testing. That is, we utilize ability testing, aptitude testing and personality profiling to evaluate potential employees.
